✓ Letter No.8520-01/98-LR/Vol.(IX) Pt. I dated 16.11.2021: In 2021, Department of Telecommunication updated its mandates ( for Internet Service Provider & UASL/CMTS/UL(AS)/UL licensees to maintain log for IPDR, by adding 1 more parameter to the previously listed updates making a total of 24 parameters.
✓ Letter No.20-271/200 AS-I (Vol. III) dated 21.12.2021: In 2021, Department of Telecommunication revised its mandates ( for Internet Service Provider & UASL/CMTS/UL(AS)/UL licensees to maintain log for IPDR for a period of 2 years.
✓ Letter No. 10-54/2010-CS-III (Vol.II): In 2022, Department of Telecommunication(DOT) made an amendment to the ILD License (Other than UL) for storage of Call Detail Record (CDR)/ Exchange Detail Record (EDR)/ IPDR for a period of 2 years.
