The proposed investment will support the company's international expansion while accelerating the development of its 5G solutions portfolio to address growing opportunities across domestic and global telecom markets. Building on recent business milestones, PertSol continues to expand its presence through strategic customer engagements and next-generation telecom innovations.
Expanding Global Presence Through Strategic Partnerships
As part of its international growth roadmap, PertSol is planning to establish operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, strengthening its ability to serve telecom operators across key global markets. The company intends to utilize the proposed investment to further enhance its 5G portfolio, enabling it to support both Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators with advanced network solutions.
PertSol has recently secured multiple strategic projects that reinforce its growing international footprint. The company was awarded a ₹30 crore contract by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the nationwide deployment of its Location Based Services (LBS) platform across BSNL's 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, supporting compliance with the Department of Telecommunications' Unified Access Service License (UASL) requirements. In addition, PertSol has secured a project from British Telecom (BT) to deploy IPLC Lawful Interception for BT's Indian International Long Distance (ILD) network. The company has also delivered OTT Interception solutions for RingCentral and successfully completed a telecom project in Uganda, with further international expansion already underway.

Alongside its international expansion initiatives, PertSol continues to strengthen its position within India's telecom ecosystem through active participation in next-generation network deployments. The company is currently working with HFCL, L&T, and Tech Mahindra as the 4G Core technology partner for BSNL's indigenous 4G trials, supporting India's vision of building secure and self-reliant telecom infrastructure.
