Advanced Core Network Solutions Built in India

Headquartered in Mumbai and incorporated in 2014, PertSol has established itself as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) delivering innovative telecom solutions for Telecom Service Providers, Regulatory Bodies, Government organizations, and Law Enforcement Agencies. Its indigenous 4G Core portfolio includes the Intelligent Mobile Data Exchange Gateway (iMDEG) and Home Subscriber Services (iHSS), both of which have attracted strong interest from prospective bidders participating in BSNL's 4G project.

The iMDEG platform functions as a mobile packet data gateway that consolidates multiple packet core capabilities into a single solution, supporting mobile data services across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Complementing this, iHSS provides a unified subscriber information management platform incorporating Home Subscriber Server (HSS), Home Location Register (HLR), Authentication Centre (AuC), and Subscriber Location Function (SLF) to support GSM, UMTS, LTE, IMS, Wi-Fi, and IoT networks. Together, these solutions are designed to help operators deploy scalable, future-ready mobile core infrastructure using domestically developed technology.

Supporting India's Telecom Self-Reliance Through Proven Network Deployments

PertSol's indigenous product portfolio aligns closely with the Government of India's "Make in India" and "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" initiatives by strengthening domestic telecom capabilities and reducing dependence on imported network technologies. Speaking to ET Telecom, Gurjot S. Sandhu, Director & Chief Business Officer of Pert Telecom Solutions, confirmed the company's participation in BSNL's 4G tender, stating that PertSol was actively engaging with multiple Master System Integrators (MSIs) involved in the project.

Sandhu also highlighted PertSol's long-standing association with BSNL under Phase VIII.4, where the company served as a major third-party solution provider. Approximately 80–85% of its business under the program was delivered through partnerships with Nokia and ZTE, supporting the nationwide deployment of security, regulatory compliance, remote access, IP log management, fraud management, and Location Based Services (LBS) across BSNL's network.

Building on this experience, PertSol continues to advance next-generation telecom technologies designed to support India's evolving digital infrastructure. By combining indigenous product development with proven large-scale deployment expertise, the company remains focused on delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready telecom solutions that contribute to the country's long-term vision of a self-reliant and globally competitive telecommunications ecosystem.
