Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive Agile sprint planning and backlog management using JIRA.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product enhancements.
- Design intuitive workflows and user interface concepts.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality telecom solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of telecom industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of IPDR and Lawful Interception.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
- Technical background in software development preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
