Job Details
Lead the development of mission-critical telecom products powering Lawful Interception (LI), Location-Based Services (LBS), Network Probes, and Monitoring Systems. As a Development Manager, you'll define technical strategy, guide engineering teams, and oversee the delivery of highly scalable, low-latency solutions that meet stringent regulatory, performance, and customer requirements. This role combines architectural leadership, product ownership, and engineering excellence to build reliable telecom platforms for next-generation networks
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architecture for telecom products.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the complete development lifecycle.
- Drive scalable, high-performance, and highly available system designs.
- Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer SLA adherence.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams.
- Resolve technical challenges and lead production stability initiatives.
- Improve engineering processes, delivery efficiency, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10–16 years of software development experience.
- Proven leadership in telecom product development.
- Expertise in LI, LBS, monitoring, or network probe systems.
- Strong background in distributed system architecture.
- Experience with C/C++, Python, or backend technologies.
- Deep understanding of Linux, databases, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of telecom protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
