As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you'll collaborate with product and engineering teams, gain hands-on experience with enterprise software, and develop user-focused documentation, training materials, API references, and multimedia content that enhance product adoption and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Create user manuals, release notes, API documentation, and feature guides.
- Develop training materials and knowledge resources for diverse audiences.
- Produce product walkthroughs and technical demonstration videos.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to document complex product features.
- Validate software functionality to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Organize and maintain structured documentation repositories.
- Establish documentation standards and maintain content consistency.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of technical writing or documentation experience.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and API concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Ability to create technical training and multimedia content.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on product learning ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
